Cedar Falls Library Promotional Project




We are working with the Friends of the Cedar Falls Public Library to create advertising for the library via bookmarks, posters, commercials, etc. We will be working in conjunction with the videography students in Josh Hanna's class. Students have been broken up into teams. They will be learning about rhetoric & visual rhetoric and the ways in which ads are working models of creative argumentation that utilize a variety of different literary devices. Each team will produce an ad campaign and will formerly present their ideas to a panel at the library. The panel will provide feedback and will choose the most creative and effective design/idea.
